This 7-day free trial pass is available for those that meet the following criteria:

• Must be at  at least 18 years old
• Resides in the YMCA of the Capital Area service area
• Has not had a membership in the last year
• Has not utilized a 7-day free trial pass previously 
• Does not have a past due balance of any kind
