YOUTH SPORTS

In YMCA Youth Sports, there are no tryouts and no one gets cut from the teams. Everyone who registers is assigned to a team and all players have the opportunity for equal playing time in games, teaching participants valuable social and teamwork skills and contributing to a healthier community.

SEASONAL YOUTH SPORTS:

The YMCA offers youth sports like basketball, baseball, flag football, soccer and more. Sports are led by a volunteer coach and each child is offered equal playing time. Uniforms and equipment are provided by the Y.

Once registration ends, the Sports Directors will form the teams and assign the coaches. Your child’s coach will contact you the week before the program begins with more information about practice dates and times. If you do not hear from your coach by the start date, please contact the Sports Director.
