Weight Loss Program

New members who join the YMCA before January 14 will receive a FREE 6-week weight loss program!

The program will be offered virtually on Thursday's at 6pm beginning January 15 through February 19. 

All new members will receive an email with additional information and a link to register for the program. Please make sure to join with a valid email as that will be the email we send the information to. If you do not receive an email within 2 - 3 days of joining please email khogan@ymcabr.org.
